Hospitality Management

Hospitality Management includes the study of management, marketing and operations in lodging, visitor attractions, recreation, special events, meetings, conferences, travel-related services, restaurants, and other food services.

Hospitality Management is a supplemental class to Culinary Arts. In the Hospitality Management program of study, students learn the service aspect of hospitality, focusing on front of the house, back of the house, and managed services.  Concurrent college credit is available.

Certifications include ServSafe, and National Certifications of Guest Service Professional, Front Desk Representative, and Restaurant Service.
