Little Rock - Numerous Career & Tech Center Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts students toured the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute at Pulaski Technical College April 6th. PTC_2a
Students explored various career options in the hospitality field during the visit as the institute hosted a career fair in conjunction with numerous central Arkansas area employers.

Since PTC is a nationally accredited program, it does not offer concurrent credit options while high school students are enrolled unless they are transported to PTC for instruction in state learning objectives, college objectives, and those required by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation.

NEA Career & Tech Center students were accompanied by Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Instructors Raelyne Massey and Zane Johnson, and by NEACTC Director Eddie Crain.

As always, Mr. Crain volunteered to be the "official taste tester" in the future!
