Mr. Jeff Smith – Auto Collision Instructor, NEACTC
Mr. Jeff Smith leads the Auto Collision program at NEACTC with over 26 years of hands-on industry experience and 11 years in education. A skilled automotive refinisher and dedicated mentor, Mr. Smith combines technical excellence with a deep commitment to student success.
Before entering education, Mr. Smith worked extensively in local auto body shops, where he mastered the art and science of collision repair and refinishing. He continues to stay active in the field through part-time work, ensuring his teaching remains current and grounded in real-world practice. His decision to join NEACTC was driven by a desire to give back—offering students the kind of mentorship and opportunity that shaped his own journey.
