Get ready to dive into the world of healthcare with the incredible Mrs. Pam Nance, your guide to becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant at NEACTC!  With over 40 years of industry wisdom tucked under her stethoscope, she's your ultimate go-to for all things nursing.

Mrs. Nance's journey reads like a medical adventure novel!  Starting at Delta Vo Tech, she paved her way from LPN to RN with a heart full of passion. From bustling hospital med-surg floors to ambulance rides, she's done it all.  She even mastered the art of X-rays, cared for chronic patients, and danced with heart monitors – talk about a healthcare superstar.

After collecting accolades like puzzle pieces, she wrapped up her educational journey with a BSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing.  And oh boy, did she don different hats as an RN: from managing dialysis clinics to overseeing VA healthcare, she's done it with a smile.

And now, she's sharing her treasure chest of knowledge as a CNA instructor!  With a listening ear and a dash of empathy, Mrs. Nance's here to make learning a breeze. Homework? Nah, she's all about in-class learning. Expectations? Simple – give it a try!  Pam believes that effort is the key to success. She's like a supportive mentor who's always ready to lend a helping hand when you're putting in the effort.

There's more to Mrs. Nance than just the medical world.  She's the life of the party, loves a good laugh, and enjoys watching bloopers – because life's too short not to giggle!  And her class? "You have to try hard to fail," she says, always ready to catch you when you stumble.
